I really enjoyed the <Metabolic Profile Assessment> and talking with you. I'm just sorry I've waited so long to do this. I've been eating better and feeling better. I even had 9 jelly beans yesterday and still lost 1/2 lb.
I wish I had been exposed to something like this years ago and maybe I wouldn't have been on so many roller coasters.

I hit my goal two weeks ago. I have waited to see if I would maintain, fluctuate, etc. and I lost another pound, which has been my going rate (about 1/2 pound a week).
I would also be happy to be a reference for you if a potential client ever wants to talk with someone. I think what you do is great! I love it! I need to let Kyle know that I have met some of my physical goals as well. The other day I ran 5 MILES!!! Can you hear the excitement in my message?!?!

Since meeting Kyle, I have held on to every word he has to say about performance training. I am currently certified as a personal trainer, but I still learn new things from him as we develop new ways to prepare for each upcoming season.
After being exposed to Kyle and some of his training methods I have been able to better prepare for my own athletic competitions. Kyle's program designs in particular have helped me to produce more power and explosiveness. This has helped me to earn the United States Amateur Strength and Conditioning Athlete of the Year (NSCA). Additionally, speed and strength elevated to a level that allowed me to win 4 consecutive Clemson Iron Man Challenges and was crowned the best conditioned athlete at Clemson University. I am very impressed with the results I have seen while training with Kyle and his staff and look forward to training with him again during the off-season."
